Venison Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
1 pound ground deer venison
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 pie pan
Preparation:
1. Brown deer venison and onion in skillet. Drain.
2. Spread venison and onion in pie pan.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Combine Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Stir well until blended.
5. Pour over top of venison and cheese mixture.
6. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until crust is done.
Serves 4-6
