Slow Cooker Venison Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds deer venison stew meat
1 ( 3 oz. ) can tomato paste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
2. Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours.
