Venison Red Hot Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground deer venison sausage
1 pound ground deer venison
2 packets chili powder
2 cups water
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 ( 28 oz. ) can crushed tomatoes
2 ( 16 oz. ) cans chili beans
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Preparation:
1. Brown deer venison, venison sausage, and onion in skillet. Drain.
2. Place in large pot and add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
3. Heat on medium low to near boil. Stir often.
Serves 6-8.
