Venison Chops And Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
6 deer venison loin steaks
6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 ( 10.75 oz. ) cans cream of tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. In a baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes and onion.
2. Place venison steaks on top.
3. Combine soup with one can of water. Mix well.
4. Pour soup over top of venison.
5. Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.
6. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes to brown top.
