Venison Croquettes
Venison Croquettes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups ground deer venison
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ( 16 oz. ) can sliced peaches, drained
1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Combine deer venison, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and salt. Mix well.
2. Shape mixture into four rolls.
3. Place in greased baking dish.
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. Arrange peaches around rolls.
6. Sprinkle brown sugar onto peaches.
7. Bake in oven an additional 10 minutes.
Serves 4
