Simple Venison Enchiladas

Simple Venison Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground deer venison

1 can enchilada sauce ( 20 oz. )

1.5 cups shredded Mexican cheese

1 package flour tortillas ( 10-12 count)

Preparation:

1.  Brown deer venison in skillet. Drain.

2.  Add 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese. Stir.

3.  Spoon mixture into center of tortillas. Roll up and place seam down in greased baking dish.

4.  Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Serves 3-4
