Spicy Venison Kabobs
Spicy Venison Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds deer venison tenderloin, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
3 onions, cubed
12 cherry tomatoes
3 green peppers, cubed
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine last seven ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
2. Add venison to mixture. Coat well.
3. Refrigerate overnight or at least four hours.
4. Place alternating layers of venison, tomatoes, green peppers, and onion on skewers.
5. Grill kabobs until done. Baste often with remaining mixture.
