Burgundy Venison Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds deer venison, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
1/2 cup flour
4 carrots, sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 celery stick, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 cup burgundy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cooking oil
Preparation:
1. Roll deer venison in flour.
2. In skillet, lightly brown deer venison in small amount of cooking oil.
3. Place browned venison in greased baking dish.
4. Add remaining ingredients. Mix.
5. Cover and cook in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until venison and vegetables are tender. Stir every 25 minutes.
Serves 6-8
