Skillet Venison And Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground deer venison
2 ( 8 oz. ) cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup macaroni
Preparation:
1. Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain.
2. Brown deer venison and onion in large skillet. Drain.
3. Stir in cooked macaroni, corn, tomato sauce, and chili powder.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in Cheddar cheese. Simmer for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4
