Sweet And Sour Venison Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground deer venison
1.5 cups ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ( 15 oz. ) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation:
1. Roll deer venison into balls.
2. Brown venison in large skillet. Drain.
3. In mixing bowl, combine next five ingredients. Mix well.
4. Pour over meatballs.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6. Add pineapple and simmer additional 10 minutes. Stir often.
Serves 6-8
