Sweet And Sour Venison Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground deer venison
1/2 bell pepper, diced
small onion, diced
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine sugar, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Simmer in sauce pan for 5 minutes.
3. Combine deer venison, milk, onion, bell pepper, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
4. Form into a loaf.
5. Place venison mixture in baking dish.
6. Pour half of sauce mixture over top.
7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
8. Pour remaining sauce on top and continue baking an additional 20-25 minutes.
