Venison Pizza Rolls
Venison Pizza Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground deer venison
2 ( 5 oz. ) loaves French bread
1 ( 6 oz. ) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
1. Brown deer venison in skillet. Drain.
2. Slice each bread loaf in half horizontally.
3. Spread tomato paste over cut surface of each bread half.
4. Sprinkle bread with oregano.
5. Spread deer venison on bread.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
7. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
