Venison Sausage Delight

Venison Sausage Delight Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds deer venison sausage

2 cups herb croutons

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 eggs, beaten

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

2.5 cups milk

1 ( 15 oz. ) can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with half cup milk

Preparation:

1.  Brown venison sausage in skillet. Drain.

2.  Place croutons in greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

3.  Add venison sausage to croutons.

4.  Sprinkle cheese on top.

5.  Add eggs, mustard, and milk to venison.

6.  Refrigerate dish over night.

7.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Serves 6-8
