Venison Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds deer venison stew meat
8 cups water
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 ( 48 oz. ) can V-8 juice
1 ( 28 oz. ) can tomatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup rice
1 teaspoon pepper
3 potatoes, diced
2 ( 10 oz. ) packages frozen vegetables
Preparation:
1. Combine venison, water, and onion in large soup pot.
2. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer an additional 1.5 hours or until vegetables and venison are tender.
