Venison Skillet Spaghetti

Venison Skillet Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground deer venison

1 cup onion, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 ( 8 oz. ) can tomato sauce

1 ( 6 oz. ) can tomato paste

1 pint tomato juice

1 cup water

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon oregano

8 oz. spaghetti

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

1.  Brown deer venison in large skillet. Drain.

2.  Add next ten ingredients. Bring to boil.

3.  Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

4.  Add spaghetti. Stir to separate strands.

5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir often.

6.  Serve with sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Serves 4
