Venison Taco Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground deer venison
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tomato thinly sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup water
Preparation:
1. Brown deer venison in skillet. Drain.
2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, and onion.
3. Mix Bisquick and water to form soft dough.
4. Pat dough in bottom and half inch up sides of greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
5. Layer venison, tomatoes, and green pepper in dish.
6. Pour sour cream mixture on top.
7. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until dough edges are light brown.
Serves 4-6
