Venison Tenderloin Deluxe Recipe
Ingredients:
1 deer venison tenderloin
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. Spread half of butter over venison roast.
2. Place roast on rack in roasting pan.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat. Stir.
4. Baste venison with mixture.
5. Roast venison uncovered in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
6. Baste every 15 minutes.
7. Slice and serve with remaining baste mixture.
Serves 4-6
