Venison And Noodle Bake Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground deer venison

1 ( 16 oz. ) can tomato sauce

1 ( 8 oz. ) package sour cream

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 package egg noodles

Preparation:

1.  Brown deer venison in skillet. Drain.

2.  Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer.

3.  Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

4.  Add sour cream to noodles. Stir.

5.  In greased baking dish, make layers of noodles, cheese, and venison mixture.

6.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serves 4-6
